On August 11, 2015 a group of Early Childhood Educators from Canada, USA and The Philippines visualized the creation of a progressive Early Childhood Center gearing towards “play to learn with the integration of good manners and right conduct” thereby promoting equality, camaraderie, diversity and multi-culturalism in our youth.

The dream to put up this one of a kind Center did not easily materialized due to some technicalities, logistics and financial matters. Luckily on the eve of September 23, 2016 in Berlin, Germany, the final meeting of board of directors was established giving full authority to the group of Canadian Early Childhood Educators to proceed with vision of providing an Early Childhood Centers all over Canada that will cater towards the needs of working parents and the community round the clock.
International Center of Early Learners and Development Inc. will be established in major cities in Canada and United States that will be managed and run by the ICED-GLOBAL incoordination with local owners and operators under the strict guidelines and policies of International Center making sure that the brand’s reputation will be uphold and protected globally.
Edmonton-Alberta was the vote of choice from the investors and stakeholders. The Community wants to have a daycare center that will be responsive towards their need and INTERNATIONAL CENTER is ready to take that tasks.

The Center was inaugurated on November 14, 2018 by The Board of Directors, Community Stakeholders and The Office Prime Minister of Canada, Hon. Justin Trudeu Represented by Hon. Randy Boissonault- Member of Parliament and his Team.

On March 28, 2019 officially the first EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER & AFTER SCHOOL CARE in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada open its doors for working parents Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm including all statutory holidays. Giving the parents the power and full flexibility that has to do with their childcare. INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF EARLY LEARNERS AND DEVELOPMENT INC. is under the direct guidance from a reputable Canadian Law Firm from Edmonton.
